Outfitter offers several sizes of portable multi-fold solar panels.
If you expect to have good sunlight, the 12-Watt Panel can be used directly with most small electronics.
We recommend that customers buy a seperate rechargeable battery (like our OS PowerCenter) that can be trickle charged by the solar panel.
The OS PowerCenter can then recharge any of your small electronics day (or night). It includes a fuel gauge and can
recharge your individual small electronic devices (including your satellite phone) much faster than the panel directly.
You can also buy more than one panel and stack them for more power (max stack of 3).
The multi-fold panels include all the adapters you would normally need:
- Alligator clip for trickle charging car batteries
- Cigaretter lighter adapter for electronics with DC auto accessory chargers
- Mini-Barrel plug multi-adapter
